New Kittens

I'm delighted to say that our last litter of kittens have now all found wonderful, loving new homes.

It was perfect timing too, because Wispa had a beautiful litter of 5 kittens about 4 weeks ago now. They're all full expression Asians as Wispa doesn't carry the burmese colour restriction gene. Here they are when they were just a few days old.

They're adoreable and nice mix with a chocolate self, two lilac selfs, a chocolate ticked tabby and a caramel ticked tabby. Wispa is getting the hang of motherhood as this is her second litter. She's just so much more confident and content than she was with her first litter.

Of course they don't stay so small for long and within a couple of weeks they had opened their eyes and were starting to explore and play a lot more.

The colour of the chocolate ticked tabby (above) is really rich  and warm. It really reminds me of Wispa's dad, Eddie (lots of pics of Eddie in previous posts).

They're still small but they've got great appetites and they're growing so fast. At least we get to enjoy them for the next couple of months until they'll be ready to go to new homes. Any enquiries should be sent to the usual email address (see top right of the page).

July 2012 Kittens Update

Its been a while since I've updated this page with the latest kitten-related news. Fudge gave birth to a lovely litter of 3 kittens at the end of March. All of them are boys and they're now ready to go to loving new homes now that they've had all their vaccinations. They're at the age now where they're always getting up to mischief.
Two of the boys are chocolate asian variants and the other is a chocolate ticked tabby with burmese colour restriction.
The two asian variants (above) and the ticked tabby (below).
With just 3 kittens in the litter it's been lovely to get to know each of their characters so well. It's not always easy to do that when there are 7 or 8 kittens all looking for attention all at once. But these 3 boys are really a delight.
The boys are looking forward to finding loving new homes now. For more information please get in touch by email (details on the sidebar). In other kitten-related news, our lovely ticked tabby girl Wispa is almost ready to give birth to her second litter. Her first litter last year were stunning kittens, with more ticked tabbies than Fudge usually produces. We're all excited here to see what surprises are in store from her this year. I'll be sure to update as soon as there's news and pictures to show from her litter. Until then..
